- Level easy access throughout ground floor, to gardens, pool and patio area, suitable for people with restricted mobility.
- Central heating makes the house ideal for autumn lets, also open log fire in lounge.
- English caretakers are very helpful and live locally.
Accommodation:
8 persons, 4 bedrooms, 2 double & 2 twin, 2 bathrooms and 2 WC's on
two floors.
Lounge at Au Mauvais
On the ground floor:
- Large Lounge with open log fire,
- Well equipped kitchen,
- Both leading to large Dining room/closed in Verandah with views onto garden and pool area.
- Large main double bedroom.
- 2 Twin bedded rooms.
- Bathroom with bath and separate shower, WC, also separate WC.
Double Bedroom at Au Mauvais
On the first floor:
- Large double bedroom.
- Bathroom with shower over bath, separate WC.
House facilities:
- Gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster.
- Washing machine & ironing facilities.
- 2 Hair Driers.
- Sky satellite TV & video, stereo/CD player, numerous videos, books, games and a football table.
- Patio furniture (Table and Chairs), sun loungers & barbecue.
- Oil fired central heating - available on request.
- Baby sitting - available on request.
- There is a telephone at the house for incoming & local calls only. The reception for mobile phones is also excellent.

New pool safety legislation came into effect January 2004, which means that
all swimming pools in houses that are let must be safeguarded. To maximize
your safety around the pool we have had a fence installed which is in accordance
with regulations.
