Booking Form Help

This help file is to be used with the on-line booking form.

  1. This form requires 'cookies' to be enabled in your web browser. If the form does not appear to be transferring data between pages or you keep returning automatically to the main 'Booking Information' page then your browser settings need to be altered to allow 'cookies'. If you are unable to do this then please visit the 'CONTACT' page and request your holiday using other means.
  2. Choose any required holiday dates from the BOOKING FORM 'CHOOSE DATES ' page by ticking the relevant check boxes, maximum of four, and then press the 'REQUEST DATES' button. If you require more than four weeks at any one time please e-mail, telephone or write. The Au Mauvais holiday week starts on a Saturday, therefore all dates stated are from the week commencing the chosen Saturday.
  3. On the next page of the booking form you will be asked to enter your personal contact details. Form fields denoted with an astrix (*) are required and must be completed before the form will be processed. Press the 'CONTINUE' button when done. ***Certain typed characters are not allowed in the form fields to protect the security of this web site. A special filtering system is used to block any of these characters and to insure the correct data has been entered into the correct field. If you enter invalid data into a field a new web page will tell you where and why your data will not be processed. You will then be given the chance to correct the data before moving on to the next page.***
  4. The next page of the form is for entering details about your holiday. You will be asked to enter details about the number of people in your party and the number of children included. Just choose the relevant number from the drop-down menu. Please give details on the ages of any children and press the 'CONTINUE' button.
  5. The final page of the form provides a summary of all the data you have entered and gives you the option to add any additional comments or information. Please check the data is correct and then press the 'SUBMIT' button. You will then see a thank-you message with a link back to the rest of the web site. Your form will be processed and sent to us at 'Au Mauvais'. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

**PLEASE NOTE**. The data from this form is not encrypted so please DO NOT send any sensitive (bank, credit card etc) information via the on-line form. We will contact you with details on how to pay after your provisional booking has been confirmed.
